Refund policy

All sales are final as products are custom made. For personalized gifts, a preview will be sent for approval prior to completing the finished project.

We do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/ returns.

Please keep in mind that colors can appear different in person due to computer screen resolution. Items will not be replaced or exchanged for this reason.

Red's Essential Boutique reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. If any exceptions are made, Customer will be responsible for return shipping.
